All aspects of the work, design, timescale for completion, payment schedule or any other matters are covered within the individual contract in question. All our clients will be made aware of the terms of the contract prior to signing and will retain a signed copy for their records.

 

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that any text, documents, images, music or any other content included in the website has the necessary copyright permissions. Knighton Group will not be liable for any damages incurred by clients concerning the licensing or use of copyrighted materials.

 

Whilst Knighton Group will recommend suitable domain registration & web hosting we will not be liable for any problems, costs incurred or loss arising from these, such as domain or hosting renewals, server downtime etc. These services are provided by third party companies and it is the client's responsibility to deal with the third party directly concerning these issues. It is the client's responsibility to ensure domain names, hosting and related services are renewed promptly when due.

 

Knighton Group provides all its services in good faith and to the best of our ability. Unless covered by a service contract, Knighton Group will not be liable for the repair of a website due to software failure, problems arising from hacking or any other issues that may result in a website failure or affect the website's performance. In addition, we will not be liable for any non-technical issues of the work, i.e: website performance issues largely beyond our control such as search engine placement. Google ranking etc. However, we will always endeavour to provide website design of the highest quality & SEO for optimum performance on the worldwide web.

 

Refunds cannot be given for customers disappointed with their purchases other than for the reasons stated above.

 

If you have a complaint please get in touch with us and tell us immediately. We shall endeavour to deal and resolve any problems within 5 working days and always keep you informed of the situation by e-mail or telephone.

 

Acceptance of Orders

Please note that Knighton Group reserves the right to decline any order it receives, either due to stock unavailability, pricing errors or card authorisation problems.

 

These terms do not affect a consumer's statutory rights.

 

Knighton Media - Terms & Conditions

Please note that any vinyl records, tapes & other media for transfer deposited with us will be handled with great care whilst in our possession. Items are, however, left at the owner's own risk and Knighton Group will not be liable for any damage or loss of items whilst left on our premises.

 

Knighton Internet - Terms & Conditions

All website, internet or IT related work is undertaken on a contractual basis, the terms & conditions of which are specific to an individual client and cannot be dealt with in detail here, but below is an outline of our terms & disclaimer common to all contracts.

 

By placing an order with Knighton Group, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions set out in the contract. All contracts will be discussed, tailored to the clients requirements, agreed and signed by both parties prior to the commencement of the work.

Credit/ Debit Card Security

Our chosen payment systems are highly secure. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping cart systems and payment gateways. All payments received are processed securely by PayPal & Square.

 

Privacy Policy

Knighton Group & its associated companies does not disclose buyers information to third parties and only gathers information relevant to, and solely for, your purchase and delivery, such as your name and contact details (including e-mail address). We do not collect or store personal or sensitive information so you will not be asked to supply any other personal details when ordering from us.

 

On no account will you receive mail or e-mail from us, except any regarding information concerning your orders, invoices or enquiries. We do not send unsolicited mail to anyone except where you have requested to receive newsletters or information from us.

 

Cookies are used on our sites but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

If, in the unlikely event you receive a damaged or faulty disc, or a disc you did not order, it should be reported to us immediately and returned for a replacement or immediate refund. Should there be any problem with a disc or tape transfer please report this immediately to us and we will ensure the matter is dealt with a quickly as possible and, if appropriate, a replacement provided.
